If i diet over the summer...?

ok say that i: eat three times a day, vegetables and fruits and 8 glasses of water, and excercise 2-3 hours a day, NO JUNK FOOD! (maybe a little now and then) and if i do this continuously over the whole summer, how many pounds do u think i will loose?
Answer:
err, yes... if you don't CHEAT, u'll loose at least 50 lbs.. no snacks between meals.. just eat right,..and make sure u don't starve urself, coz u'll crave for some snack and ruin your diet. do it slowly, take out aanything unhealthy once a week, like chocolate.if ur the kind of person who loves chocolate, u can maybe go for 1 chocolate a day, then next week do , 3 pieces a week (small ones), or like 1 bar/week. same with soda. you'll stop eating them before u know it. with me dieting, --i became a lacto vegetarian/pescetarian..(no meat or egg, except seafood meat once in a month)..and lost my sweet tooth over chocolates by just eating apples and pears if i'm craving for some. i love to bake, so i looked for fat substitutes.*(instead of using eggs, i use banana puree, or applesauce)*.. and for junkfoods, i replaced them with those new Quaker Oatmeal snacks, but its not an excuse for eating a whole bunch of it..remember, *eat in moderation*... when eating out, i wouldnt recommend going to a buffet, coz even tho, all you're grabbing are vegetables, ur still not eating for yourself, its a buffet u'll be tempted to go back to the ar and get another plate, and u'll end up eating for 2.in restaurants, meals are usually a serving for two, they say its for one, but its just too much..what u could do is ask for a "to go" box and keep half of it, and take it home or just share it with your friend...and for dinner, i dont eat anything past 6... i eat around 4 pm, and i usually have guard practice after that, so calories are being used up, kinda hard at first but i got used to it.. well i hoped that was helpful to u..^_^
well, you surely will lose weight but you can't keep your self from junk food too long, you will get junk food sick.Really.. makeby have fries a while even if i wanna lose weight, i will still hav a burgur once awhile. so maybe salad with fries..not everyday but maybe once a month. Well u will of course loose some weight but you know how u said junk food once in a while i wounded do that because when u start to eat junk food u cant stop. like chips and pop. when you have sugar and salt you just want more and more. I went on a diet over the summer and lost more than i wanted. with out eating junk and i felt good. and after you loose the weight don't think that nothing ill happen if you keep eating and eating junk food that happened to my sister she gained it all back. take my advice i know what I'm talking about.
How much do you have to lose, how much are you overweight? This makes a difference.If you have 30 lbs to lose, you could lose it over the summer.

it all depends on how many calories you are planning to eat. if you are planning on undereating then all you will lose is gona be water weight and muscle not fat and you will dramatically slow down your metabolism. find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
