I would like to lose 15 lbs. in the next 6 weeks, any suggestions? I already exercise pretty regularly.?

I'd try reducing your intake of fatty foods. Also, eat about 5 or 6 small meals a day instead of 3 larger ones. This way you will tend to eat more moderately. =) Drink a lot of water as well.Please do not fast or use diet pills...both are bad for you...Cardio exercise rocks =) It helps a lotI would not reccomend cutting your intake of carbs (bread, sugary food, potatoes, etc.) too much because your body needs the energy it gets from carbs (scientifically: it needs the glucose it breaks down to make ATP, or energy). If you cut intake of carbs and then start eating them again, you will gain the weight right back...(That's the problem with the Atkins diet - as soon as you let up on it, you gain the weight right back)
