If i ate egg whites for the rest of my life and only egg whites?

and never anything else. would i be healthy? like i would eat egg whites whenever im hungry and i would never starve myself

your cholesterol level would be sky high so you would probably die within a year or two. You also need lots of other vitamins and carbs. your body needs all kinds of things in all your foods. For example berries (blue berries raspberries ect.) they are loaded with antioxidents that help your body fight diseases. Carbs give you energy. Veggies gives you so many nutrients and vitamins. you really need other things in your diet.

Youd have a whole lot of protein in your body but its still not healthy. You need an array of vitamins and protein alone wont cut it. You wont be fat but defiently not healthy.

No I do not think you would be healthy. You need fruits, veggies and a little fat in your diet, and you need a variety of foods to be healthy.

you'd be missing a lot of important nutrients in you diet like fiber and many vitamins. you'd probably be constipated a lot and get scurvy from the lack of fruits and vegetables.

At least eat celery, cucumbers, and a lot of other veggies that are negative calorie. (Burns more calories to digest it than is contained in the food.)
You also need SOME carbs for energy.
I would say at the very least have a whole grain slice of bread for breakfast, carbs are needed most early in the day.

It would be almost impossible to eat only egg whites for the rest of your life. Your quality of life wouldn't be very good either. Eat grilled chicken, fruits and vegetables. Try and stay away from anything fried or loaded with sugar. Portion control is what really counts.
